What's your pricing model?

I work on day rates for most engagements, with options for retainers for ongoing relationships or project-based pricing for defined scopes. Pricing depends on the nature and complexity of the work - we'll discuss this in our initial conversation.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Primarily remote with occasional on-site visits as needed. I'm based in Newcastle but work with companies across the UK.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on my current commitments and the scope of your project. Typically, I can begin initial discovery within 1-2 weeks, with full engagement starting shortly after.

Do you write code yourself?

Yes, but that's not the primary value I bring. I can do hands-on technical work for defined projects, but I'm not available for ongoing code-for-hire or staff augmentation. My strength is strategic leadership, architecture, and team transformation.

What if we're not sure what we need?
