HuSOC was founded by Keeghan, a developer-turned-manager who taught himself to code at 9 and spent years wondering why his technical ability wasn't translating into career progression. The breakthrough? The ability to communicate and explain code was more valuable than the code itself.
Now having served as Head of Development at everything from multi-billion pound enterprises to small scrappy startups, Keeghan has seen firsthand how soft skills and not just technical prowess create better products, more effective teams, and more fulfilling careers.
